A reputable London firm are looking for a Corporate Associate to join them for a full-time, mid to long-term contract.
Responsibilities of your new role
As Corporate Associate you will advise clients on a broad spectrum of Corporate law matters such as:
- Joint ventures;
- Public company law;
- Mergers & acquisitions;
- Strategic investments; and
- Property finance.
The Corporate Associate will operate with a high degree of autonomy whilst working alongside Partners to deliver a seamless service to the firm's enviable list of clients.
Candidate requirements
To be successful in your application to this Corporate role you must demonstrate:
- A strong M&A background;
- Experience and knowledge of a broad range of Corporate transactions;
- Excellent technical ability gained through prior experience within leading City, US, national or regional firms;
- A stellar academic background;
- Excellent client relationship skills;
- Short notice availability.
