A highly regarded US law firm is looking for a Financial Services Associate to join their London office full-time for an initial interim period of 3-6 months. The position has been created due to an increased workload and has the potential to become permanent for the right person.

Responsibilities of your new role

In joining the firm, the successful candidate will be exposed to a variety of work representing lenders, borrowers, trustees and distressed debt investors with regards to a range of transactions including domestic and cross border financing, acquisitions and restructurings.

Candidate requirements

The successful Associate will demonstrate:

  • 2+ years of PQE;
  • Excellent academics;
  • Sound knowledge of Financial Services law; and
  • Experience gained at a comparable firm.

Financial Services Associate candidates must be available at very short notice due to the urgent need of the client.

Salary

The salary on offer for this Associate role is £90,000 - £120,000 pro rata.
