Legal Counsel
Client
You will be joining an extremely high-profile organisation, having multiple international offices and being at the very forefront of development and innovation within its field.
Role
You will be based at the organisation's fantastic central London based HQ.
You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of finance related agreements and issues as well as wider day to day legal advice.
You will report directly into the Head of Legal within a flat structure and be part of an in-house legal team of 6.
You will be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration package including bonus.
You
You will be a qualified UK, other Common Law or US lawyer with approximately 1-4 years' PQE and have gained prior experience of a range of bank finance and/or trade finance and/or project finance related transactions and issues. You will have trained and qualified at a top 100 UK, US or international law firm. Prior in-house experience is not a pre-requisite.
