Commercial Property Lawyer

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a great local authority on a part time basis - 3 days per week, in South Wales close to the English boarders. The role is for an initial 3-6 month period.

The successful candidate will be able to 'hit the ground running' and be able to pick up a varied caseload of commercial property matters which may include:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Transfers
• Granting and taking of new leases and lease renewals
• Licences
• Providing ad hoc property advice as raised by client departments

In return our client can offer a flexible working pattern, including some working from home.
