Residential Property Lawyer

A rare opening within a progressive, friendly and well-established firm in Gloucestershire with a substantial client base and reputation in the region. As a firm they have a very low staff turnover and recognise the importance of continuing career development and providing a good work/life balance.

They are looking to recruit a Solicitor/CILEx or highly experienced fee earner to join their busy Property Department where you will take on a broad residential caseload, working as part of a team. Experience of commercial property law would be beneficial, but is not essential.
