Paralegal

A multi-national law firm recognised by the Legal 500 for many areas of their practice are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their Newcastle Real Estate team for a full-time, permanent Plot Sales role. You will be joining a forward-thinking practice with the energy, drive and determination to keep pack with their clients.

Responsibilities of your new role

As Paralegal you will be dealing with all aspects of the Plot Sales process and assisting with certain aspects of Residential Property & Conveyancing work. You will be dealing with work such as:

• Issuing contract packs;
• Responding to enquiries;
• Attending exchanges and completions;
• Part exchange purchase and sale of part exchange sales process;
• Title checks;
• Ordering Pre-contract searches; and
• Processing Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions

Candidate requirements

To be successful in your application to this Paralegal role you must demonstrate:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong drafting skills;
• The ability to work to tight deadlines whilst under pressure;
• A natural ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally; and
• Residential property experience ideally in new-build or plot sales.
