Commercial Contracts Paralegal

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior paralegal to join an international company as the only legal point of contact in the UK.

You will be reporting directly in to the Financial Director and will have support from the Legal Counsel for the US and the Legal Counsel for Europe.

Client Details

Our client is an international company with around 3000 employees worldwide. The successful candidate will be based at the head office for Europe, which is based in Worcester.

Description

Key responsibilities will include:

- Processing internal requests for contract review

- Entering agreements into the contract management system

- Managing and correlating contract-related correspondence

- Providing updates and feedback to business partners and Legal Counsel

- Advising on NDA's and standard contracts

- Negotiating standard contracts

- Drafting standards terms and conditions

- Administrative duties

Profile

The successful candidate will:

- Have 5 years experience in a similar role

- Be resilient

- Be commercially astute

- Have a strong academic record

- Be able to work autonomously
