Banking and Finance Lawyer

THE FIRM

Banking and Finance role based in our client's Southampton office.

THE ROLE

You will provide high quality and specialist advice across a diverse work stream from transactions advising on debt facilities in relation to refinancing, to advising specialist development finance funds in relation to the provision of facilities to fund the development of a diverse class of assets ranging from wind turbines to hotels.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a newly qualified lawyer keen to specialise in banking law who has had exposure to quality banking or corporate work during your training contract from a regional or city firm. However our client is also very interested to hear from banking lawyers with 1-2pqe in a broad range of banking and finance work. Whichever your level, you will be able to work collaboratively, bring intellectual rigour and an incisive approach to sometimes challenging and complex issues.
