Legal Counsel 2-4 month contract

My client an up and coming technology company based in Cambridge are looking for a Legal Counsel for a 2-4 month contract handling commercial contracts.

The role would be perfect for a commercial Solicitor with a broad commercial background, including experiencing in contracts, IP, licencing, and data protection. This is an exciting, innovative, and fun business with lots of personality and opportunities to develop.

This opportunity will start ASAP for a 2-4-month period with the opportunity of remote working part of the week.

A typical day could involve; drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, (T&Cs, digital media agreements, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements), managing the IP portfolio and advising on IP infringements, advising on ad-hoc employment law issues or commercial disputes, and advising on new marketing campaigns or property developments.

Open to PQE Level, candidates from both In-House and Private Practice will be considered. The key to this role is handling a broad range of commercial caseloads.
