A highly regarded law firm with several offices across the country providing a comprehensive range of services for business and individual clients.

THE ROLE

You will work within our client's Commercial Property team in their Bristol office.

Our client is looking for a Solicitor to work within their specialist house builder section of the team.

Our client acts for many of the UK's largest volume housebuilders as well as for strategic land companies, smaller traditional builders and niche start-up ventures.

THE CANDIDATE

With 2pqe or more you will have gained extensive experience at a leading property practice.

You will be able to use your initiative, and be a forward-planner, anticipating your clients' needs in advance wherever possible.

The ability to work as part of a friendly team and deliver excellent client service at all times is also essential to this role.

You will demonstrate talent, ambition and a real interest in the Commercial Property and Housing sectors.
