Property Finance Solicitor

Our client, a leading international firm with an outstanding reputation for its work in all practice areas, is looking to expand their Property Finance team in London at mid-level.

The successful Property Finance Solicitor is likely to be a 4 - 8 PQE with solid academics and experience derived from a leading city or regional firm. You will be technically excellent, with good communication skills and be proactive on business development activities. Within the role you will be preparing, drafting and negotiating LMA documentation and will be the main point of contact with clients. The client base includes a wide range of well-known banks and financial institutions with loan values from 30-100million.
