Our client, a big 4 consultancy firm, is looking for 7 Paralegals to join them for a project based on site at one of their clients.
The client in question is an APAC bank preparing for Brexit in their London office. You will be part of a crucial repapering project - renegotiating the bank's contracts in order to protect them from various Brexit scenarios.
Experience of negotiating ISDA master agreements and other ancillary derivatives documentation is preferable for this position. Otherwise general banking, derivatives paralegal experience.
The client may also consider recent graduates with little of the above experience, but academics must be outstanding in order to be considered. Therefore graduates should only apply if they have a 2 or above in the LLB or equivalent and Commendation in the GDL and/or LPC.
