Employment Lawyer

An exciting opportunity to join a start-up business as an Employment Lawyer based in central London. The role is to advise clients on employment law, liaise with and assist the sales team, and help take the business to the next level.

You will be an integral part of the Employment Team and work alongside the Head of Department and other senior lawyers on a range of complex employment law matters for a business with ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising a wide range of businesses on day to day employment law issues;

• Advice ranges from basic HR administration queries, drafting of contracts and handbooks, conducting disciplinaries/grievances etc., right through to tribunal and court litigation

• Supporting and working alongside our specialist business development team attending events and functions

You will ideally have:

• At least 1-2 years PQE in employment law however all candidates will be considered on merit;

• Have a passion for delivering a great client experience an interest in technology and innovation in legal service delivery;

• The desire to attend events and assist with business development.
