A Personal Injury Legal Executive is sought to join a Sheffield based law firm for a permanent, full-time fee earner role. This Personal Injury role pays a salary of up to £27,000 per year.

Responsibilities of your new role

This role is a diverse opportunity to work as part of a National Fast Track Centre. Your core duties as Personal Injury Legal Executive include:

  • Progressing a range of personal injury Fast Track Portal Claims (including Road Traffic Accident, Employers Liability and Public Liability cases) through to settlement;
  • Evaluating and making decision on cases;
  • Considering medical evidence;
  • Assessing quantum and advising the clients and negotiating settlements; and
  • Ensuring swift settlement cases in the MOJ Portal or litigating cases in stage 3.

Candidate requirements

The firm are looking to hire a fee earning Legal Executive who demonstrates:

  • Strong experience working in Personal Injury
  • Experience with the MOJ Portal;
  • Dealings with Stage 2 cases.

Salary and benefits

The successful Personal Injury Legal Executive will benefit from:

  • Up to £27,000 per annum, dependent on experience; and
  • 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.
