A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client’s successful practice located in Leicester on either a full or part-time basis. The successful applicant shall undertake a varied caseload in a friendly yet professional working environment.
Responsibilities
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial leases
• Freehold sales and purchases
• Development acquisitions and disposals
• Planning matters
• Property finance
• Funding and auctions
• Meeting firm set billing targets
The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from solicitors with two to three years’ experience in commercial property
• Demonstrate analytical and decision-making skills
• Excel in communication both verbally and written
• Possess a genuine desire to be involved in the future growth plans for the firm
