You will be working with the General Counsel on a variety of corporate and commercial transactions, supporting the legal team and organisation at large.
Key Requirements:
- Must be NQ - 6 PQE
- Must have experience working with corporate and commercial transactions
- Must have experience working with TMT/IP/IPT matters
- Ideally have experience working in an in-house organisation
- Ideally be based in the UAE
- Ideally be fully bilingual in English & Arabic, but this is not a compulsory requirement
