  • Review, draft & negotiate commercial contracts
  • Provide Legal advice to the business
  • Identify legal and commercial risks to the business
  • Advise on regulatory and corporate governance matters

    • Key requirements:

    • 5 years PQE
    • Must be fully bi-lingual (English & Arabic)
    • Must have experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
    • Must have corporate governance experience
    • Must live in Abu Dhabi or be willing to relocate
