Employment Associate

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Employment Associate to join an award winning law firm in their Manchester office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a varied Employment caseload acting for claimants only but applications will be considered from respondent lawyers as well. This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a highly rated and established team of specialists, based in a vibrant Manchester city centre office.
 

Responsibilities to include:

• Maintaining a caseload and overseeing the file management of complex cases
• Supporting Senior Fee earners with more complex case work
• Providing the highest level of client care, advice and representation to our clients
• Building relationships with internal and external parties

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the Employment market and will be someone with civil procedure experience.  You will need to have good commercial awareness be able to prioritise your workload effectively
