Commercial In-house Legal Counsel 3+

My client is a highly-profitable well recognised Company responsible for major domestic and international projects. Under their banner are some of the UK's most recognised brands.

They are seeking a Legal Counsel with a Commercial background at 3-6 years PQE to join their growing Legal team from an In-house or Private Practice background.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of Commercial matters relating to IPR, data processing, media, joint ventures, corporate and competition. You will work closely with a number of stakeholders at a senior level within the business.

This is a particularly exciting time to join the Company due to a high level of investment and International growth plans replicating their business concept worldwide. Our client is looking for a proactive team playing lawyer who is keen to progress their career In-house. Flexible working will be considered.
