BCL are working with a top tier firm which is seeking an NQ employment solicitor for its widely respected employment team based in the Thames Valley area.

The Role:

· You will be working closely with the Partners on a wide range of employment matters.
· Experience of both respondent and claimant work would be advantageous as well as advising on matters of TUPE.
· The employment team based in this Thames Valley office advise a wide range of businesses including major national companies through to smaller private businesses.

Candidate Requirements:

· An NQ employment solicitor with a track record of excellent academics.
· Organised individual with the ability to manage own caseload.
· An ambitious and enthusiastic employment solicitor who is eager to learn and progress their career with one of the best employment teams in the UK.
