Our client is actively recruiting for a driven lawyer who will manage a mixed caseload of all private family matters and provide high-quality service. The successful candidate will join a forward-thinking and friendly team of legal professionals and will be given a great chance for career progression on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
• Divorce
• Post and pre-nuptial agreements
• Financial matters and proceedings following divorce or separation
• Private law children matters
• Cohabitation agreements
• Separation agreements
• Marketing activities
• Business development
• Representation at courts
The Candidate
• Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of one year’s PQE
• Ideally, you will be technically proficient with solid experience across a broad range of private family matters
• Having a consistent billing history would be advantageous
• Ideally, you will be proactive and organised in your approach
