Are you currently working in a residential conveyancing department in Newcastle and looking for a something different and a new challenge? Would you enjoy using your residential conveyancing experience and taking a step into a more commercial team in central Newcastle? If so then this Plot Sales paralegal role which forms part of a larger Real Estate department in Newcastle should jump out.
Role
-Our clients Plot Sales department is one of the most successful in the North East. The department is extremely busy, completing over 1200 completions a year.
-On a day to day basis you will assist the fee earners in the team and work for PLC House Builders. You will assist with part exchanges and the buying and selling of part exchanges.
-This is a distinct and specialist unit established to fully service the needs of PLC clients.
Candidate
-Essential you must have experience ideally within another plot sales department or alternatively within a residential conveyancing background but have good knowledge or plot sales and working with House Builders.
-Essential that you would be effective and work well within such a fast paced environment.
-The team pride their success on the personalised service they offer their clients. Therefore it is essential you are confident managing demanding clients and are used to regularly updating clients and working to various deadlines.
