RTA motor fraud - pre-litigated / litigated

PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL RTA FRAUD - MANCHESTER

RTA Fraud Paralegal - The motor fraud team of this leading national defendant insurance firm is looking to expand and as such a position has come available for a fee earner to focus on RTA Fraud. Ideally, applicants should be able to demonstrate previous experience in fast track litigated motor fraud. That said, given the shortage of skills in the market, the team is prepared to invest in fee earners, who are interested in making the transition from another area, such as RTA Portal work or litigated RTA.

THE ROLE AT A GLANCE

  • Job title: RTA Fraud Paralegal - pre-litigated and litigated
  • Location: Manchester
  • Salary: £17,000 - £25,000
  • Reports to: Head of Motor Fraud
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience of handling a caseload of motor fraud files would be ideal, though the team is willing to invest their time in a retrain for the right candidate.

EXPANSION OF RTA FRAUD TEAM

This vacancy should be seen against the backdrop of sustained growth and investment in the RTA Fraud Team. The department has won a number of key clients, which has driven expansion and lead to a demand for fee earners within this specialism. In particular, fee earners with LSI Fraud experience are particularly in need.

The motor fraud team already services a vast range of clients and there is room for further growth within the team. What they are looking for are applicants who demonstrate not just an aptitude to learn and develop with the department, but a general enthusiasm for their legal career and the right kind of attitude to drive things forward.

DESIRED SKILLS

Previous experience in handling a litigated Motor Fraud caseload would be ideal, especially LSI Fraud. However, the Partners in the team are aware that this is a difficult area into which to recruit and therefore a significant training budget has been set aside to retrain candidates who are perhaps looking for something a little different.

Attention to detail, the ability to manage a caseload efficiently with excellent service levels and the ability to work in a team are all important traits any candidate should be able to demonstrate. However, our client is also trying to create a highly supportive atmosphere where those with the right raw talent are encouraged to grow.

A LONG-TERM CAREER

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team, which is prepared to give its members the training and investment in their careers to really develop and get the most out of their journey in the legal profession.
