Our client is an international law firm who are currently seeking a Debt Restructuring Lawyer to join their office in Milan, Italy. The team are known for their experience within the restructuring and insolvency area with partners and associates reputable on websites such as Legal 500 and Chambers and partners.
The team are seeking a lawyer with 1-5 years’ experience. You will be advising fortune 500 clients on a wide array of areas including; corporate finance transactions, bankruptcy law, debt restructuring, real estate and asset finance, insolvency cases, private equity and commercial contracts. Fluency in Italian and English is Mandatory.
