Residential Property Lawyer required to join a local authority based in London for an initial 3 month term.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer to join a popular public sector organisation.
The successful Property Lawyer will be dealing with a caseload purely consisting of residential matters, which is highly unusual for local authority roles. Therefore, we envisage this position to highly sought after, and strongly encourage interested applicants to register their interest as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate will be confident in dealing with every aspect of the residential conveyancing process on an unsupervised basis, with previous experience of dealing with right to buy matters within a local authority environment, although this is not essential as long as previous experience of residential conveyancing is held.
In return, this local authority offers a lovely working environment. They are located in a popular part of the capital, and transport links within walking distance make this an easily commutable location.
We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Rayhaneh Tehrani in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
