An incredibly rare opportunity for an In House Paralegal to join a leading Property Developer based in Birmingham City Centre. This is a very exciting time to join the Company due to new acquisitions and a high level growth.
The Role
The successful Commercial Paralegal will support on a broad and varied range of legal matters including:
- Reviewing supplier contracts
- Keeping various registers updated
- Assisting in the review of terms and conditions
- GDPR compliance
- Development and management of a contracts database
- Assisting with some property work e.g. draft notices of eviction
Candidate Requirements
- Experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in the Commercial Property sector
- Able to work well individually and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Genuine interest in the sector
Salary and Contract
- £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
- Permanent, full time contract
