The reputable Property Team of a fantastic Law Firm in Solihull are looking to take on a Paralegal for a full-time, permanent role focusing on Plot Sales.
Responsibilities of your new role
Your key duties as Paralegal will include:
- Assisting the fee earners with a range of Plot Sales related tasks;
- Providing administrative support to the team;
- Drafting documents and contracts; and
- Liaising with a range of developers, landlords etc.
Candidate requirements
The ideal Plot Sales Paralegal will demonstrate:
- A minimum of 6 months experience within Property ideally including plot sales;
- Good attention to detail;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
- A team player who thrives under pressure.
Salary
The salary on offer for the successful Paralegal is £18,000 - £30,000, depending on experience.
