Corporate Associate - Hong Kong

My client is a multinational law firm headquartered in the United States, with more than 850 lawyers across 15 offices worldwide, providing a broad range of legal services in the areas of corporate, labour and employment, employee benefits, litigation, and real estate. The firm established its Hong Kong presence in 2017 to service the Hong Kong domestic market nationally and to further expand the firm's current Asia-Pacific regional offering.

They are seeking an exceptional, highly motivated candidate to fill a Corporate Associate role in their handpicked team in Hong Kong. Ideal candidates will have a profile that satisfies the following:

- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience with Hong Kong qualification in corporate practice involving IPOs, cross-border M&As, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance and / or corporate and commercial law experience;

- Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical and drafting skills;

- Self-motivated and be able to work independently;

- Strong language skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English are required.
