Wills, Trusts and Probate Lawyer - 4PQE+

JDI Legal - North East legal recruitment specialists are currently instructed on an exclusive basis to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of around 4pqe+ for this progressive firm of solicitors that are well known in the region and operating across more than one office.

This is a succession planning role due to a partner retiring and  in turn there is an existing caseload to inherit and build on including elderly client, wills, trusts, LPA's, probate a real good range of work.

This is a role that will offer autonomy for the right individual and the opportunity to develop within the business as well as develop a private client practice which already has a strong client base with a view to working towards recruiting and managing others in the future.

Applications are encouraged from experienced private client lawyers / practitioners who have a proven track record of delivering a high rate of client care and are STEP qualified or working towards the same.

Support is in place, case management, digital dictation.
