The Role

As a Corporate Lawyer, you can expect to:

• Manage a varied and challenging corporate workload
• Advise on matters including the Cayman element of high-value global transactions
• Play an active role in business development and client management

Candidate Requirements

The successful Corporate Solicitor will likely have:

• A UK/Commonwealth qualification
• 3-5 years’ PQE
• Experience handling high-value corporate transactions in a respected UK or international law firm
