Corporate Lawyer with Funds experience – Major Offshore law firm – Cayman Islands

An opening exists for a top-class investment funds lawyer to join one of the most prestigious law firms in the offshore sector. Based in its Cayman Islands office you will be involved in high-value cross-border work, advising fund managers, investors and associated financial institutions on a wide range of funds/asset management work (with a focus on the private equity and hedge fund sector).

You will have at least three years’ experience of specialist funds work gained from a top City/equivalent law firm. More senior applicants are encouraged to apply. Admission in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction is essential.
