Corporate Lawyer/Funds Lawyer – Major Offshore law firm – Singapore
The Singapore office of this leading offshore law firm advises clients across South East Asia and the Indian sub-continent on all aspects of BVI and Cayman law. It is keen to strengthen its team through the addition of a corporate lawyer to take on a broad role that spans corporate/M&A and investment funds. You will get frontline exposure to top class work as part of a small friendly team.
The successful applicant will likely have between two and six years’ relevant experience and will be admitted to practice in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction. Experience in a good corporate team handling high-value transactional work is essential.
