The Role

This firm are looking for an experienced Corporate solicitor 3+ PQE to join their established London office.

The team have seen continued growth in the last 6 months and are showing no signs of stopping. This role would suit a driven and ambitious Associate who wishes to be part of this success story.

In this role you will be focusing heavily on venture capital but you will also be dealing with equity capital markets, private equity, joint ventures, re-organisations and M&A. You will work closely with the Partners on larger more complex matters and handle your own smaller transactions.

Requirements:

• You will Ideally have at least 3+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
• Experience of Venture Capital work is essential and some technology experience would be an advantage
• You must be enthusiastic about getting involved in business development activties
• You will receive a basic salary that is above market rate, dependant on experience
• You will be commercially minded, and you will need experience in handling Corporate caseloads
