Commercial Property Paralegal.
A well known regional firm in the East Midlands is now recruiting for a superb opportunity joining the Commercial Property team as a Paralegal, based in their Leicester city centre office.
The position involves working for a wide range of clients including local businesses, property investors and household names, assisting fee earners on high-value matters in the industrial, retail and office sectors.
The successful candidate will handle contract drafting, transfers, mortgage deeds, commissioning searches and reporting on the same, handling enquiries, dealing with Stamp Duty Land Tax, Companies House Registrations, Land Registry applications, and dealing with post completion matters.
Benefiting from a high level of internal support, the position offers an opportunity for those looking to progress in the field of Commercial Property to contribute to the success of the firm, as well as being involved with client development in order to build your own caseload and profile.
Typically, you'll act for clients and manage cases of commercial purchases, sales and refinances, ranging from individuals to SMEs to larger companies.
You'll open files, send out client care packs, and manage your own high volume of cases.
This is an interesting and varied role offering support and progression, and the chance to cut your teeth with key clients.
Applications from relocators will be considered however, you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Leicester area.
