The Role

The firm is looking for a Banking and Finance Litigation Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE to join their Legal 500 ranked team in Leeds.

The Banking and Finance team act for a range of high street banks, building societies and other retail and commercial lenders handling the full range of banking and finance litigation matters including defended secured possession actions, title rectification, professional negligence, mortgage fraud and general secured and unsecured recoveries.

The successful candidate will deal with a varied and interesting mix of advisory work as well as alternative dispute resolution and trial work, as well as advising the firm's Finance Commercial and Regulatory departments.

An excellent level of support will be provided from more senior members of the team in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere.

Requirements:

• You will be a Banking and Finance Litigation Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE
• You will have strong technical knowledge
• Experience of handling high quality banking and finance litigation cases
• You will also be able to deliver excellent client service
