An excellent opportunity has arisen at a top US law firm for a Restructuring and Insolvency Lawyer.

The Restructuring and Insolvency team is headed up by a partner ranked in Chambers in the UK and Chambers Global, as well as The Legal 500. They have significant experience in representing accountancy firms and financial services companies and advise on complex domestic and cross-border restructurings and insolvencies.

The firm have cultivated an excellent culture and are not your typical US firm. They still have the high quality international work, but do not have a long hours culture often associated with US law firms.

This is a contract role initially (for around 6 months) and the team are keen to see applications from those who have specific Restructuring and Insolvency experience, and those who have strong Commercial Litigation or Corporate/Finance Transactional experience and an interest in Restructuring and Insolvency.

They are also open to those qualified in England and Wales and to lawyers admitted in a similar overseas jurisdiction (for example Australia or New Zealand) who ideally have worked in a Top Tier firm.
