The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a New Builds Property Solicitor to join Top 200 firm in their West London office.

The New Builds team is part of a wider residential development team that advises on the acquisition of residential development sites, infrastructure agreements and housing association disposals. This department are leaders in the field, and house a brilliant work culture. Your caseload will focus around New Build transactions. If you are a Residential Property solicitor looking to move into a niche area or a Conveyancer with New Builds experience this may be the opportunity for you.

You will work as part of the Residential New Builds team that works with some of the largest, most well-known developers nationally.

This role will suit an ambitious, driven candidate who is seeking a platform for progression.

Requirements:

• New Builds Conveyancer with at least 3+ years' PQE (Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives will also be considered)(Will consider lower PQE's with strong experiecnce)
• Have a strong billings history
• Can lead and motivate a team, with a positive outlook
• Be ambitious and dynamic
• Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
• Salary is above market rate and comes with an excellent bonus structure.
