Seeking a defendant clinical negligence solicitor looking to join one of the country’s leading law firms in Newcastle city centre.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced clinical negligence solicitor to work within a progressive and successful national law firm renowned for its expertise in defending complex clinical negligence claims including cerebral palsy, oncology and paediatrics on behalf of the NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and MDU.
You will be responsible for handling your own challenging clinical negligence caseload and also make an appropriate contribution to business development, client seminars and writing articles for publication.
My client’s ideal requirement is for a defendant clinical negligence solicitor 4 PQE+ to join at associate level however, applications will be considered from solicitors at NQ level upwards, ideally with a good grounding in clinical negligence or ambitious claimant clinical negligence or personal injury solicitors with strong academics and excellent litigation skills.
