Unique and rare opportunity (Head of New Build Conveyancing) has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer/Commercial Property Solicitor to grow, manage and develop a New Build department at a reputable Legal 500 Staffordshire based law firm. Equity partnership is on offer within a short period of time, along with a company car and the flexibility to work around YOU!
This Head of New Build Conveyancing offers a truly unique opportunity for an ambitious residential conveyancer/commercial property solicitor who is on the lookout for a very niche challenge! You will be brought on board at senior level to take over a small existing department with the view to expand and develop this offering by hiring, streamlining process, client service, and management.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have at least six years' post qualification and management experience. You must be comfortable generating business and building on existing relationships. You will be able to demonstrate a good, strong billing track record along with your ability to provide an excellent client service.
The firm is offering potential equity and are giving you plenty of autonomy with this role. This department will be yours to move forward.
