Banking Paralegal.
An outstanding opportunity has become available with a prestigious Legal 500 firm, a leading firm in the City, with a recent expansion resulting in the opening of the Leeds office, located in the legal hub of central Leeds. Following years of growth and success, the firm has employed over 200 employees.
They now require a Banking Paralegal to assist within the banking team, offering an exciting opportunity to work as part of a market leading practice, but without the need to relocate to the Capital.
They are looking for an individual who has excellent attention to detail, who will also be able to manage their own caseload with Partner supervision.
Duties will include:
You will have a 2:1 degree equivalent in law, and have successful completion of the LPC or studying the LPC part-time. You may also be studying ILEX.

- Drafting and negotiating key banking documents such as board minutes and officer's certificates, dealing with post-completion matters
- Client management
- Report production
- Organising and maintaining of the transaction files.
You will have a 2:1 degree equivalent in law, and have successful completion of the LPC or studying the LPC part-time. You may also be studying ILEX.
