Personal Injury & Medical Negligence Solicitor.
This full-service law firm are looking for an additional Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their busy Personal Injury team.
In this role, you will run your own caseload and work closely within a small team, within a larger Litigation dept.
You will advise on a Claimant Personal Injury case load to include RTA, Employer’s, Public and Occupiers liability cases. To a lesser extent you may also handle Clinical Negligence claims against GPs, Hospital Trusts & Dentists. There may be the need from time to time to assist the head of department on catastrophic work as and when it arises.
Applications are encouraged from Solicitors and Legal Executives with at least 3-4 years' relevant experience within Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence.
You will be encouraged to involve yourself in business development and marketing activities locally in order to promote the firm, team and of course yourself!
Competitive salary depending on experience.
