I am working with a fantastic national practice in Leeds who are looking to recruit a Banking Paralegal into their well-respected department.

The firm have really grown in Yorkshire over this past 18 months taking on key Partner hires from Big 6 practices in the city.

One of those Partners heads up the Banking team and you will be working day to day alongside them getting excellent exposure to great quality work. The nature of the work will be general banking work and ideally the right candidate should have experience working within a banking team although strong paralegals working in other commercial areas would be considered for the role.

The firm are regarded in the Legal 500 as leaders in a several fields and the culture is what sets them apart from other national practices, it is a genuinely nice place to work and the senior members of the business are highly approachable and support junior staff.

The firm also look after their own and a number of staff members have climbed through the ranks internally and there are no glass ceilings.
