6 month FTC, Corporate Paralegal at top UK Law Firm, to £28,000 pro rata

A prestigious London based law firm is looking to hire a new Corporate Paralegal to join them on an initial 6 month fixed term contract, support the Partners and Associates within the department.  Responsibilities will include drafting documentation, reviewing certain documents, implementing and maintaining the billing and collections system for relevant matters, carrying out conflict searches, liaising with clients following instructions from fee earners, maintaining accurate records and client files, conducting legal research, assisting with the opening of new files, making files in relation to existing matters and participating in special projects when required and any other duties when necessary.  Applicants should have previous Paralegal experience within a Corporate seat, must be degree educated (minimum 2:1), have completed the LPC and have strong IT skills, as well as a strong ability to work well under pressure.  Standard hours for this role are 9.30am to 5.30pm, however a flexible attitude is necessary.
