A Residential Property Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic Birmingham based opportunity with a ambitious and dynamic regional law firm. Applications are invited from technically strong qualified Residential Property Solicitors looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment. Salary is upwards of £25K and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.

An expanding, specialist property law department within an established regional law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.

The successful Residential Property Solicitor will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions from start to finish.

Applications are invited from technically strong Residential Conveyancers looking for the salary and responsibility that is the measure of their experience. The successful candidate will be NQ+ gained in a similar sized firm.
