Banking Associate

Due to a significant increase in work, the firm’s growing Banking and Finance team requires an experienced Banking Associate to work out of their Manchester office.

They are looking for a confident, enthusiastic individual who has the desire to progress their career and be part of a rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have good commercial understanding, and experience in the Banking and Finance field.  You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the most sought after, technically challenging and high value matters on this market.

Your role will consist of advising on broad range of matters, including corporate, acquisition finance and real estate finance. A strong background in matching appropriate forms of funding along with how they are regulated and operate over lengths of time is ideal. The clients you will be advising will typically be UK-based financial institutions, to include all the main clearing banks, as well as large fund-based lenders.
