6 Month FTC: Structured Finance Paralegal at Top US Law Firm in the City: to £35,000

Our US law firm client is currently looking to hire a new Structured Finance Paralegal to start early ASAP, to manage the collection and organisation of documents and information with scope to assist with the transaction Management process. Duties will include assisting with the conditions precedent satisfaction process on transactions, assisting with the drafting of certain corporate documentation such as board minutes or resolutions, assisting with the transaction process on structured finance transaction unwinds and amendments including assisting the team in drafting notices to noteholders and transaction unwind deeds, assisting with noteholder consent solicitation processes, assisting the team In preparing verification tables for offering document information, preparation and distribution of ‘bibles’ of documents once a deal has closed, assisting with other post-closing tasks including the collation and distribution of original documents, security filings and the giving of notices. Ideally candidates will have a training contract already in place and must have previous experience within Structured Finance or Derivatives.  Candidates must have strong written and communication skills. The core hours for this role are 9:30AM – 5:30PM, however a flexible attitude is required as there may be the possibility of overtime.
