JDI Legal - Newcastle based specialist consultancy are currently instructed on behalf of an established City Centre law firm recruiting an experienced conveyancing paralegal/ilex.
The role is likely to suit a junior fee earner with around 12 months experience in residential conveyancing. Someone who is confident in meeting with clients, taking an instruction and seeing the transaction through to post completion, with some guidance. The work will be a range of sales and purchase (both freehold and leasehold), remortgage, transfer of equity etc.
This is an opportunity to join a busy and growing team consisting of 4 including a partner.
CQS accredited and case management system in place.
Full time hours.
