Family Solicitor

An extremely rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well respected Family Law team in Cheshire/Staffordshire

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious family lawyer with a minimum of 5 years PQE to progress their career. You will join a supportive and forward thinking team and will bring skills and experience to help us grow the Family Law Department - dealing with only Privately funded family matters

You will have significant experience of dealing with a mixed caseload including privately funded Divorce, Finances, Separation, Injunctions, Civil Partnerships, Cohabitation Disputes, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements etc and be able to confidently manage high volume and complex family law work.

Experience using case management and digital dictation is essential, as is the ability work with online portals and take part in digital marketing campaigns to promote the team and its work.

Networking and partnership working form part of this key role and afford the successful candidate the opportunity to build a reputation and high level profile.
