Are you a Legal Executive looking to join an award winning, Legal 500 firm? Sacco Mann have just been instructed on a fantastic vacancy by one of our clients looking for a civil and commercial litigation Legal Executive to join their York based office. Our client has a fantastic reputation for providing excellent quality advice to their range of clients and they believe this is down to their team of specialist fee earners. This is a first-rate opportunity for the right candidate to join a reputable, regional law firm with a long and successful track record in the Yorkshire legal market.
As a Legal Executive you will be working within the firm's Litigated Dispute Resolution team and your duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Providing legal advice, assistance and representation to clients in all areas of civil and commercial litigation
Assisting the department's Partners
To assist with client enquiries
To work well both on your own and as part of a team or under supervision
Working on a varied and interesting range of cases including negligence claims, land and property disputes, contract and consumer disputes and wills, inheritance and trust disputes, amongst others.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisation and time management skills and be able to meet targets and deadlines to the best of their ability. Candidates should also have experience working with a range of litigation matters, and be able to hit the ground running.
