Legal Team

Role

The role is part of the EMEAR team and is highly versatile in nature handling mostly company commercial and commercial contract matters. The work is varied and exciting – the company operates at the absolute forefront of their sector. Responsibilities include providing legal advice to the commercial organisation to support the regional growth of the business model; drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts contracts; responding to RFPs; strategic decision making; liaising with external counsel and procuring input and advice. This is a big role actively shaping complex deals across the Middle East.

  • 3-10 years of experience either in-house or in private practice (private practice training or experience is strongly preferred) in the technology or telecommunications sector;
  • Qualified either in EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia, South Africa
  • Arabic drafting and negotiation skills would be of advantage
